Came on a Saturday morning to look at a leaking sink drain. Ended up replacing the 1950s lead drain pipe and did a fabulous job. Very pleased.

Ryan was wonderful! I thought I was just going to get an estimate and the work would be scheduled for later. I did get an estimate and then the work was done on the same visit. I had 2 leaky faucets repaired and a kitchen sink faucet replaced. The experience was wonderful and Ryan was very knowledgeable.

Don Came over and flushed out my tankless water heater, and did an excellent job...and educated me, As well. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. I will use Planet Plumbing again.

Had a plumbing emergency at 8:30 at night twice in the same week and they were on top of it! The people on the phone were super empathetic and helpful and they were able to send someone out first thing in the morning. The people who came to my house to fix my plumbing were very helpful and knowledgeable, it was a tricky fix but they were persistent and thorough in their work. Haven’t had problems since, but if something comes up these are the guys I’m going to call!

The way I like to judge a service company is how they behave when things don't go according to plan. I hired Planet to snake the drain pipe on my kitchen sink. What should have been a simple 1 hour job turned into a 3 hour adventure. Details aside, Planet knew that the additional time and (my) cost was, based on a series of unfortunate events, of their doing. The following day they reached out to me unsolicited and offered me a redo at no cost and a refund from the previous days charges that exceeded the one hour trip fee. I don't begrudge them for my inconvenience, as we all know 'sludge' happens ...I'm just happy to find a company that stands behind their work, and so is my kitchen sink.

We had a busted shutoff valve on a toilet, which caused a it to run continuously. Plant Plumbing sent a young man named Andrew, who arrived the next morning on time and completed the job quickly and even fixed a couple of other small things while he was at it. Nice work, Andrew, and many thanks to PP&D.

The plumbers at Planet Plumbing are very skilled. Ryan was an amazing detective who figured out a difficult problem for us. I highly recommend Planet Plumbing. They are very efficient problem solvers at a reasonable price.

We have been working with Planet Plumbing for over 5 years. Projects they have done for us include sewer locates replacements and cleanings, replacement of freeze burst pipes, replacement of whole house shutoffs, water heater install, and self draining hose bibs. Not every job has been perfect but that’s just how it goes and Planet has always been quick to fix any issues. Last time there was an issue with their work they sent someone out on a Sunday night to fix a poorly soldered connection, with no additional charge obviously. If you need copper work done, you can request that they send a tech with a pro-press. My one comment to the company is that we have had more issues since they expanded rapidly. My recollection is that they used to send master plumbers out on every call but now we only see journeymen and the quality of the work has dropped slightly as a result.

We had a serious clogged pipe from our kitchen to our main. Not knowing who to go with, I went with another plumbing company. They came out and snaked it twice with no luck. They then called in their master plumber who immediately diagnosed our need for a completely new line for $6800 without even scoping the line. I signed the agreement and they were going to come the next day. Feeling terrible about this, I look them up and they had 1.5 stars mainly for doing with they did to me (going for the big replacement project). I talked to a friend and he gave me Plant Plumbing contact information. I called and fortunately Planet could come out in a few hours. At this point, I was just hoping for a better priced total line replacement. But Saul from Planet felt it could be unclogged. He used a water pressure approach. He and his apprentice could hear water moving downstream past where the line would have been replaced. Saul said he would never recommend a line replacement without scoping it and proving it needed be replaced. I really feel that we've found an honest and incredibly qualified plumber now! I highly recommend Saul for sure but have also heard good things about Planet as a whole.

Planet Plumbing answered their phone on a Sunday, was at my place within an hour or so for an emergency disposal backup, got the problem fixed, cleaned up and I was able to pay electronically. Communication was exemplary. They got everything right. This place is simply the best. Don't hesitate to use them!

WOW I feel so lucky to have gotten to work with Mike from Planet Plumbing - he was SO polite, timely, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond all 3 times I had him come help with our bathroom remodel. I have never had such a thorough job done. He not only completed the work I requested he also made great suggestions on making sure fixtures we purchased were swapped and corrected to make sure we had the right stuff. I would absolutely recommend working with Mike he is magical when it comes to all things plumbing and just a downright great person to work with!!!

We needed to replace our kitchen faucet and waste disposal, cuz they were both 30 years old. I purchased all the parts. I called Planet about 9 AM in the morning. Their Tech showed up about 1 PM. Aaron had the job done in a little over an hour! He tried some (unnecesary) upsells, but overall did a very good job! These folks are friendly, efficient and cost effective !

Amazing service and honest, fair pricing. I’m a property manager and I had a leak in the ceiling of a condo I manage. I called High 5 Plumbing, because I did not want the tenants to be without water. He gave me a quote for over $1,100 to replace the old screw valve. The next morning, I called Planet Plumbing, on the recommendation of a friend, and they said they could have someone there at 4pm. They showed up at 4 pm, listened to what had happened and in less than 1 hour they shutoff the water, replaced the old screw valve with a new ball valve and had the water back on to the whole building, all for $350. I will only use Planet Plumbing in the future for all the properties I manage and for my own home.

We've used Planet Plumbing 3 times now, twice for a clogged pipe. They are responsive, efficient and reasonably priced (compared to others in the area). We were overcharged for the most recent visit, and after an odd call to them (I still don't know who I was speaking with), a manager was to call me back, but never did. However, after working with Laura, who completely understood the situation and the reason for the mischarge, and immediately issued a check for the overcharge of $275. She was very apologetic and explained the tech that was sent out was very experienced, but new to the company, also that the manager had been away from the office. Things happen, but when a company immediately makes it right, they gain back my business because I know they'll stand behind their work.

My issues were related to the Marshall fire and very confusing but simple. I'm telling everyone to become a plumber.. any plumbing issues are expensive! The plumber who came was direct, honest.. and stayed till 8pm to get the job done. He came within 4 days of my call (there was a weekend in there). Id use this company again.

This company has been my go to for the last 5 years. Their staff is fantastic and they are quick! Last time i called they could be at my house faster than i could. They work super clean as well. Can't appreciate that enough.

I had a burst pipe on Christmas eve day. I tried calling Planet Plumbing but was unable to get through the phone traffic. So I had to call another company which gave me an appointment for 5 days later. I took a chance after a few days passed and called Planet Plumbing again and was happy to hear they could come the same day. Ricardo and Alex removed a huge mirror that was attached to the wall and found the broken pipe. I have used Planet Plumbing for years and when I have a problem with plumbing I always call them first and hope they are available in an emergency. To a man these people are the best! We have an old house and our old cast iron kitchen drain had multiple problems. The contractor Josh was very professional and practical, and adapted to each new problem that was uncovered. The repair needed was extensive but beautifully done at a fair price.

When my water heater began leaking, Josh from Planet Plumbing, was very helpful. He answered all my questions, explained options and helped me decide how to proceed. He did a good job of removing the old and installing the new - and was conscientious about Covid and clean up. I would use this service again.

Great experience with Planet Plumbing. Hello neighbors, I just had a great experience with Planet Plumbing and thought I'd share for anyone looking for a plumber recommendation. especially those of us in houses with old plumbing! I have had two technicians - Darren and Josh - come in the past month for different things and they both gave clear explanations of the issues and did not choose big expensive fixes when they weren't needed (but they maybe could have snuck one in). They were very honest about what needed to be done and what the pluses/minuses of a few options without being pushy. I also liked being able to schedule service online and they got me in promptly.

Never ever do I leave reviews unless it’s truly warranted. I found these guys back in 2015 when I worked for a business in Boulder. Now that I have a rental I use them any time I have a plumbing issue. I’ve never had a bad experience, they are timely, responsive and always keep me informed with any project. Budgets are important to me and these guys stick to their estimates time and time again. Justin with Planet Plumbing came out last minute to deal with a leak in one of our commercial tenant's units. Actually showed up early and made quick work of diagnosing the problem and was professional, courteous, and respectful over the phone. Props to Planet Plumbing in general for being flexible and moving appointments around for us so we could address a relatively urgent issue in a timely manner for our tenant. 100% would recommend!

I called Planet Plumbing to see if they could come out and clear a sewer line that had backed up into our rental duplex. I was desperate because we had already schedule services from another plumbing company to come out but they did not show up and did not return our phone calls, and it was important to get our sewer line cleared so that our tenants could use the toilet and drains. I spoke with Laura at Planet Plumbing and she quickly accommodated me and had two professional plumbers with their equipment at our rental units within 2 hours. They were able to clear the sewer line and tested the line twice before they left. Their price is very reasonable (half the price of the other plumbing company that never showed up) and their service is excellent! Their office staff and plumbers were friendly, reliable and professional. I highly recommend Planet Plumbing & Drain!

Chris was prompt, professional and made a no nonsense fix to my leaking shower diverter valve. My old plumber moved to Vermont and I was stuck with a leak on a Saturday when my family needed showers. Chris was able to remove the inside workings of the valve, replace 2 O rings and reassemble it in less than an hour not to mention he arrived in less than 2 hours after my call. I have a new plumbber, Planet Plumbing!

Very quick response and scheduling service and got to the house to resolve our issue. Completed the online service request at 10pm and got a call to schedule service first thing in the morning, then plumber showed at noon- and completed the job that afternoon. Super nice plumbers and great customer service.

My hot water heater died at the most inopportune time, as always. We had guest arriving in a few hours. I called Planet Plumbing and they said they would send a plumber out at 3 pm. Justin showed up at 3 pm sharp. As expected, he diagnosed an extremely difficult installation saying that it would take most of a day. After giving him the go-ahead, he left immediately to go across town get the new hot water heater before the supply house closed. I fully expected him to show up first thing in the morning to start the removal and installation, but no, he got a helper and came right back, unloaded it and started tearing out the old water heater. He continued working on it until the installation was finished well into the evening. My wife and I are so thankful that our guests didn't have to go without hot water that evening and the next morning.

I had a sink back up in my kitchen...I tried to snake it but it wasn't long enough...I needed a pro to come clear the line. Who do I call Planet Plumbing...the 2nd time I've used them. And...as usual, they did NOT disappoint. Guy came...brought the industrial long snake.. got the clog out...cleaned my area up...made sure there were no more leaks...and as i said in my previous review.. ALL plumbing places charge alot...but Planet is the cheapest, the most reliable and the best. I'll never hit those other places up ever again. In fact this summer they have a sump pump and installation special I'll be hitting them up for.

Metilculous. Very sweet about us having a baby and wanting to make us feel safe. He found 5 different gas leaks that the other guy had missed. Darren stayed until late at night to get everything fixed for us and came back the next day with the master plumber to make sure. My dad builds buildings and I used to work in the trades so I know an honest outfit when I see one. This is the kind of company that prides itself on doing the work well, just taking care of what needs done and being clean and professional about everything. Darren turned a fearful experience into something that felt much better. I'm glad to know that as long as we're around here, we have a company we can trust.

I recommend Roy for your plumbing needs! He is a master plumber, 25+ years experience, and is a no-nonsense type of guy that I felt gave me the most honest and fair estimate. He pointed out that I could pull my own mechanical permit with the city of Boulder instead of paying them to do it (which was an easier process than I expected, and saved me some $$) He was also very transparent about water heaters and furnaces (which they do not install) as I was looking to price those appliances out as well. Roy and Cody showed up on the early side of the 2 hour window (they called and said they could show up even earlier, but I missed the call) and installed a gas line to my vintage stove. They worked quickly and had the work done in about 2 hours. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. I will be having them come back in the future when I renovate my kitchen! Justin from Planet Plumbing saved my butt. I had another plumber come out previously to clear my sewer line and couldn't and told me the line was likely broken and needed to be dug up and replaced. Justin came in with the heavy artillery and cleared the line in less than an hour. I will now have him come out every year to keep the line clear. Highly recommend

We've used Planet Plumbing for a few years now, and always received great, prompt care. I want to particularly thank Justin, who showed up Monday for what at first seemed a minor repair, that soon became bigger (old pipes, p-traps too tight, a clog that was resisting every effort...). Justin was AWESOME! He clearly explained to me what was going on, and worked very hard until everything was back to normal.

Excellent customer service and good at explaining the work that needed to be done. Kyle did a thorough job and cleaned up the area after he was done. I appreciate that they were able to come right out on the day I called.

Kyle showed up in the evening and did not leave until he had a plumber as well as other necessary repairmen on board for a frustrating repair. We felt very taken care. Planet plumbing does not charge extra for evening hours which is great!

We had a backup in our basement in the middle of the night, we callled around different plumbing service as we needed someone immediately. Planet plumbing was the only one that was able to get out to us immediately, keep in mind this is 10pm in a snow storm. They had someone over to our house within the hour, Darin the plumber was beyond helpful and got the problem fixed within the hour. He connected us with a cleanup team that also cams out immediately. Where most plumbing companies probably would have tried to sell us on a main drain line replacement, Darin showed us the problem recommend preventive measures and did a great job. Honest, efficient with quality work I couldn’t ask for more. I don’t usually leave reviews, but these guys did such a great job and really saves us from a major disaster.

A gentleman named Kyle at Planet Plumbing did more than efficiently fix a clogged pipe at my place this morning. He noticed the protective film on the front of my super-quiet Bosch dishwasher had never been removed. He asked if I’d prefer seeing a shiny front instead of the etched-glass look. It took several minutes for him to remove the film and now I have what reminds me of a built-in piece of sculpture in my kitchen. Thanks, again, Kyle!

Justin and Kyle were awesome! I was having trouble with my downstairs toilet filling up when the upstairs toilet was flushed. They were patient and persistent in figuring out the problem. They also made some great recommendations for preventing future issues. Note to all: flushable wipes should NOT be flushed

I recently had Planet Plumbing replace a crawl space water heater. The installation was a bit tricky with some space restraints. Justin arrived on time , assessed the scope of work then gave me a couple of options for the job. He was very professional , courteous, and went out of his way to keep the house and work area clean. Kyle was fabulous! He came over next day for an estimate, was able to commit to the work as soon as we were ready, and completed the work earlier than expected. Kyle was very nice, straight forward and honest about the valve replacement job that needed to be done. When the valve was completed, and the hole refilled, the estimate was right on with the actual amount. He even stayed late the first night to make sure we'd have water that night! I would recommend Kyle and planet plumbing for any big or small plumbing job in the future, definitely!

Highly recommend Planet Plumbing and Drain! Kyle was amazing. I am a beekeeper and when our sump pump failed, it was right next to a big spirea full of bees. Kyle hates insects but he went right in. When he got stung, he was willing to wear a bee suit and keep on! I was impressed, and the work was perfect. Another great (and in this case, unexpected) experience with Planet Plumbing! This is the second time I've used Planet, and I hope I never need them again, but they are prompt, cheerful, available at times other than 9-5 during the week and look out for your nickel.

Planet Plumber - Kyle arrived on time and got to work immediately. He removed the old dish washer and the price was more than $100. less than Applewood. Kyle knew what he was doing! He had installed dishwashers before, many times, got the job done, and was out of there in no time. It helps to have an expert do the job!

Eric was our guy for our disastrous basement situation with a leaking pipe and clogged sewage. We had a huge puddle in the basement that smelled awful. This other plumbing company we contacted earlier recommended some extra changes to the structure of the pipe that we weren't sure we wanted to make for financial reasons. Thankfully Eric came and said that the extra changes weren't necessary and he can fix the problem right away. He was prompt and efficient in his work and he also helpfully answered my mom's questions, taking his time to look at our kitchen and extra bathroom. If you want a plumber who is courteous, skilled, and resourceful and do not want to break a limb over the price, do contact Eric from Planet plumbing.

Planet has done three jobs for us in the mountains north of Ward. 1. We like that Steve is patient on the phone with lots of questions. 2. The plumbers (Aaron, Dave & Kyle) were knowledgeable and extremely courteous. 3. A recent repair required fine tuning and they made the one hour commute back up here without hassle and of course no charge. 4. Old work is holding up just fine. We recommend them highly. PS prior assclown gave them 1 STAR because they wouldn't drive up to a mountain location because of snow. Are you kidding? Give them 5 STARS for being honest with you while not putting their vans and employees at risk!

Mike and Pete just fixed the sewage elevation pump in my basement. They were punctual, professional problem-solvers, polite, and a pleasure to have in my home! Very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, fair, reasonable and professional. Had a main line backup and had an “expert” plumber look before finding Planet Plumbing. That “expert” wanted to charge $450 just to clear problem drain - and not the main line. Planet cleared the main line and the problem drain for half the cost of the “expert” plumber.

Love these guys. They are easy to get an appointment with, show up on time (or early, with a phone call!), work quickly, and are extremely friendly and helpful. Hopefully I won’t need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do I’ll be calling Planet Plumbing!

They were prompt, professional and answered all of our questions They even sent a master plumber back out to verify that the drains were good but our toilets were getting old and calcified not allowing a swift flush. Definitely would use them again.

I called Planet Plumbing & Drain to do some plumbing rework at **************************., Tom first came out and gave a very quick and fair estimate to replace some galvanized water pipe with copper. He then came out and did the work we had agreed on. The job took about 6 hours so no small job. The work was done very professional, he had all the needed parts and it was done in one trip. I couldn't have asked for more. I'll continue to use and recommend Tom and Planet Plumbing & Drain to anyone who has a plumbing needed.
