Hi, I’m Katie! I’ve been around the plumbing and HVAC industry my whole life, growing up working alongside my dad in his company. After moving from Memphis, Tennessee, to Colorado, I joined Planet Plumbing as a Dispatcher and IT Specialist.
I love solving problems, helping our team stay organized, and making sure our customers have the best experience possible. Whether I’m coordinating schedules, troubleshooting technology issues, or helping find solutions, I enjoy being part of a team that works hard to take care of our customers.
When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my family and finding new adventures to enjoy together. I’m also a huge animal lover and proud pet parent to one dog, one cat, and two bearded dragons. They definitely keep life interesting and are a big part of my world!
