Hello, I’m Jake and I have over five years of dispatch experience and have been a member of the Planet Plumbing team for the past three years. In my role, I help coordinate schedules, support our technicians, and ensure our customers receive timely and efficient service. I enjoy being part of a team that works together to solve problems and provide a great customer experience.
One of the things I enjoy most about my job is helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. I take pride in supporting both our customers and technicians, making sure communication is clear and that every day runs as efficiently as possible.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Roxy, golfing, being outdoors, and playing video games. I'm also a big animal lover and enjoy working
