Hi, I'm Aiya! I've been in the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical industry since 2021, and joined the Planet Plumbing team in 2025. I work as a dispatcher and also assist with permitting, so my days are anything but predictable — which is honestly one of my favorite things about this role. I love being the person who helps get customers connected to solutions quickly, and no two days ever look the same.
Outside of work, I'm a proud mom and a total bookworm — you'll usually find me with a book in hand during any spare moment I can find. I also love spending time with my daughter and my cats.
