I have been in the trades for over 10 years and have built my career around customer service, leadership, and operations. Throughout my career, I have worked in dispatch, customer experience, and management, giving me a strong understanding of what it takes to support both customers and teams.
As Operations Manager at Planet Plumbing & Drain, I help oversee daily scheduling and operations, support our technicians and office staff, and work to ensure our customers receive exceptional service. I am passionate about building strong teams, improving processes, and helping our company continue to grow.
Outside of work, I am a proud mother of three who loves spending time with family, caring for my plants, and staying active. I believe in working hard, leading with integrity, and making a positive impact everyday, and keeping both my plants and plumbers alive and thriving.
